* Shipping Charges*
The shipping charges are calculated on volumetric weight of individual items, based on product weight of
product or volumetric weight which ever is higher.
* Per LBS basis and per LBS shipping charges are country specific: Ex:- For USA 1LBS = USD 4.4
Thus, if total product weight is 1 lbs and shipping country is USA
then Shipping price is (USD 4.4 + USD5) = USD9.9
Please note: US$5 is applicable as base Shipping Charges per Order.
Free Shipping within India :
There are
No shipping charges for delivery within India.
Order Transit Time :
All orders received are shipped within 48
hours of the receipt of order.
1) However in case of Custom made orders i.e Salwar Kurtas &
kaftans, we need 7-10 additional days to get them made as per customer's size specifications.
2) In case of custom made shoes it may take 2 weeks time as the shoes need to be dyed. The customer will be informed about the approximate time of delivery.
However in rare cases due to some pending orders or festive season there may be some delay, the
customer will be informed about the new date of their order arrival accordingly.
