provide you bulk quantity of
similar items but not identical
ones, as these products are
handmade.

applicable from your second
purchase onwards. We offer a
discount of 12% to our existing
members/customers.

Will import/custom duties be
applicable on my purchase? If
yes, who will pay the
same?
A. Normally, small shipments
do not come under custom
taxes/duties. It's quite rare.
But wholesale orders/shipments
may require the recipients to pay
the duties applicable in their
country.

What if I don't receive my
ordered goods?
A. Please be sure to indicate
your correct mailing address
while filling up the form.
AarnavCraft won't be responsible
if goods have not been delivered
due to incorrect address provided
by the customer. In case of
non-delivery, you can contact us
at customercare
and we'll check and revert with
the current status of your
shipment.

What if the product, I ordered,
is received as incomplete or
damaged?
A. If your shipment is not
complete, in terms that all the
products ordered by you have not
been sent, kindly get in touch
with our Customer Care Department

immediately. If it is verified
that only part shipment was sent,
the other missing part will be
sent without any additional
charge. In case of damaged goods,
AarnavCraft will refund the whole
amount to you, as soon as the
shipment is received
back.
